Fresno Ideaworks Chukchansi Park Day

Fresno Ideaworks Day at Chukchansi Park is the Fresno Mini Maker Faire’s sister event.  The Fresno Grizzlies continue their support of the Fresno Maker Movement with an all day celebration of innovation on April 27th!

Tower Urban Family Farm

An urban farm formed in 2012 led by Nolan Schmidt.

Farms underutilized and vacant land centered in the Tower District.  Sells produce direct to restaurants, at neighborhood farmers markets and hosts quarterly farm to fork meals.  Project includes the Urban Orchard Project and TUFF Cooperative.

Art for Community Transformation (ACT) is the student art club at Fresno City College. The Society for Creative Anachronism is an international organization dedicated to researching and re-creating the arts and skills of pre-17th century Europe.  Our “Known World” consists of 19 kingdoms, with over 30,000 members residing in countries around the world.  members, dressed in clothing of the Middle Ages and Renaissance, attend events which feature tournaments, royal courts, feasts, dancing, various classes, workshops and more.
